Make A Super Delightful Black Truffle Pasta At Home

When one thinks about the Land of love: Italy, the first thing that comes to mind is Pasta. Italy is renowned for the luscious pasta recipes it has given to the world. So why not have a look at this delightful Black Truffle Pasta recipe coming right from the kitchens of Italy.

Black truffles complement amazingly with rich ingredients like butter and cheese, the fat in these ingredients absorbs the truffle flavour and brings out a divine taste to the meal. This delicious recipe gets ready in just 20 minutes and requires no baking.

Ingredients

➢ 500g Linguine

➢ 100g Parmesan cheese

➢ 150g Butter

➢ 60 g Fresh black truffles

➢ Salt and Pepper

Preparation

➢ Grate fresh Parmesan cheese in a bowl. Cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, according to package instructions.

➢ Meanwhile, melt butter in a large sauté pan.

➢ Reserve some of the pasta water before straining.

➢ Add cooked pasta to sauté pan and toss to coat with butter.

➢ Add grated cheese and some pasta water to loosen the mixture to desired consistency and mix to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

➢ Thinly shave black truffle over each bowl at the table. Enjoy!
