Green Olive & Garlic Tapenade

6 oz Madama Oliva® Imported Non-Pareil Capers
1/3 cup Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp Oregano
1/4 cup Almonds (optional)
Combine the Madama Oliva® Garlic Stuffed Olives and Madama Oliva® Imported Non-Pareil Capers in a food processor; blend in the lemon juice, olive oil and oregano. Serve with pita bread or vegetables for a great party appetizer.
