GST council in its 39th meeting held on 14th March 2020 recommended extension of due dates of filing GSTR 9 and 9C (GST Annual Return and Audit report), extended the implementation date of E-invoicing and GST Simplified new returns, recommended changes of GST rates of certain goods, provided Aadhaar authentication for new taxpayers and much more.
