Three-Cheese Pizza with Pancetta and Mushrooms

This is a wonderful recipe for Three-Cheese Pizza with Pancetta and Mushrooms. This oozing three-cheese pizza includes a garnish of finely chopped pancetta and daintily cut mushroom covers. Mushroom Pizza with Pancetta is the ideal pizza night indulgence!

This perfect recipe is easy to cook and gets ready in just 30 minutes. Yields 6 servings.


Pizza dough 1/2 cup purchased marinara sauce 1 cup coarsely grated Fontina cheese 1/2 cup finely grated Parmigiano Reggiano 1/3 cup coarsely grated mozzarella cheese 2 ounces mushrooms, thinly sliced 2 ounces thinly sliced pancetta, coarsely chopped


Preheat the oven to 475°F. Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment. Divide dough in half. Roll out 1 half on a lightly floured surface to a rectangle. Transfer to 1 baking sheet. Repeat with the second half.

Spread 1/4 cup marinara sauce over each pizza, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Sprinkle cheeses, mushrooms, and pancetta all over the base. Sprinkle with salt and a generous amount of pepper.

Bake pizzas until brown on the bottom and the cheese is completely melted, for about 15 minutes. Cut each pizza crosswise into rectangles. Serve warm!
