Tata Realty is looking to build 45 million sq ft of office space over the next 7-10 years, in stark contrast to the bleak outlook on office real estate right now.
It expects 20 million sq ft — despite lockdown and concerns around WFH to still get committed in India.
The extent of WFH is limited by factors such as difficulties regarding the ‘social quotient’, data protection issues, infrastructure problems as well as organisational culture issues.
