About the Event
As part of the True Italian Taste project, the Italian Consulate of Mumbai along with Indo Italian Chamber of Commerce will organize a Wine Dinner Masterclass collaboration with Sonal Holland and Michelin Star Chef Adriano Baldassarre at Gustoso restaurant in Mumbai to increase the knowledge and consciousness consumption of 100% made in Italy products.
On this occasion, Chef Adriano originally from Rome and with important professional experiences both in Italy and in India has developed a personalized version of a 6-course Italian Dinner.
During the masterclass, chef Adriano will present the authentic Italian products used in the recipes, accompanied by Master of Wine Sonal Holland's presentation of Authentic Italian Wine particularly suitable to accompany the dish prepared by the chef.
The event will be attended by all lovers of Italian gastronomy who want to discover new flavors and new tasty proposals in India.
