“The Next Normal” is a term coined by McKinsey, based on the assumption that there is a before and after COVID-19 and the new normal that will emerge in the post-viral era. The term suggests that for companies to come back stronger, they will have to reimagine their business models by focusing on four strategic areas: recovering revenue, rebuilding operations, and rethinking the organization. In addition, companies will need to reinvent their digital strategy and, in India, to re-consider the impact of their CSR policies in the wake of the health emergency.
