Level 1-Training Program-Angels of Italian Wines | Mumbai | 9 April 2022

Dear Members and Friends of the IICCI - Indo-Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry,

We are happy to announce the launch of the training program Angels of Italian Food & Wine (AIW). Part of the activities of the IICCI's Italics Wine Clubs network in India, the AIFW program aims proposes a curriculum structured at different levels, and aims at training and preparing promoters of authentic Italian food and wine culture in India. The first level of AIW will be held in Mumbai, at IICCI's VIVITALIA - The Italics Experience Center in Lower Parel, on  Saturday 9th April 2022, from 10.00 A.M to 6.00 P.M

AIW aims to train and prepare promoters of Italian wine and wine culture according to a set of skills defined and recognized by Italian stakeholders in the wine industry, and certified by an independent third party. It will consist of frontal presentations and interactive sessions, wine tastings, and wine & food pairings, led by a faculty of Indian and Italian experts Luca Bernardini. At the end of the program, the participants will get a introductory knowledge of:

• The broad geography of Italian Wines
• Italian Food&Wine Civilization: History, Culture, Art and Sociability Related to Italian Food & Wine
• Italian Food and Wine Pairing
• Storytelling and marketing of Italian Food & Wine

Attendants will be provided with a Participation Certificate issued by the IICCI.

The charge for the course is Rs.7,000 + taxes
