About the Event
The IICCI is glad to invite you to the launch of its latest project AD – IDEM, the Dispute Resolution Center of the Indo-Italian Chamber on Thursday 28th November, 2019 at VIVITALIA, Mumbai, from 6.00pm.
Indo-Italian bilateral trade and investments are curbed by conflicting regulatory frameworks and uncertain dispute resolution proceedings, which impede a lean enforcement of judgments.
AD IDEM (“in agreement” in Latin) intends precisely to foster and facilitate the business between Indian and Italian companies by providing Mediation and Arbitration services. To this end, a steering committee has been set-up, comprising specialists from both countries, to draft AD IDEM’s rules and regulations, aimed at guaranteeing impartiality, flexibility, confidentiality, faster resolution time and reduced legal costs, in a competent and transparent manner.
The keynote speeches will include:
- Arbitration and Mediation between Indian and Italian Companies: Background and Perspectives, by Rosario Zaccà, Partner – Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners and IICCI Board Member
