About the Program : The ALMA Virtual Open Day is the perfect chance to have more information about the educational plan of the Italian Culinary Program. In total safety, connecting from your home PC or Smartphone, you will be able to Virtually “enter” the School, meet the Staff, have more information about the didactic contents, discover more about various courses offered by ALMA in Italian Cuisine and learn about the extra-services of the school.
ALMA is open to lessons in presence: and committed to making the course of lessons as safe as possible, ensuring adequate protection levels to employees, students, suppliers, and visitors.
About ALMA - The International School of Italian Cuisine : ALMA is conveniently located in the heart of the Food Valley, in the beautiful Ducal Palace of Colorno, a few kilometers from Parma, proclaimed by UNESCO as the “Creative City of Gastronomy in 2015” in recognition of its heritage of PDO and PGI delicacies and culinary specialties, as well as Capital of Culture 2020 & 2021. Parma is also the seat of the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA).
