As part of the project TRUE ITALIAN TASTE, the initiative aims at promoting authentic Italian food and wine products in India and to increase awareness of Made in Italy products.
Anyone who has been to Italy and tasted its delicacies knows the unparalleled taste of its cuisine which has been following the same recipes for centuries. The secret to making good Italian dishes is to use products recognized with Protected Designation of Origin (PDO), IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) and TSG (Italian acronym for Guaranteed Traditional Specialty).
Our goal is to provide all attendees, both professionals and enthusiasts alike with the necessary skills and understanding to recognize Italian Cuisine in its truest form.
