The Italian Region we have chosen for this third edition is an unspoiled territory, rich in culture and traditions: UMBRIA.

The tour is a real travel experience to immerse yourself in the culture, flavours and landscape of Central Italy. 

Luca Bernardini, Italian food and wine expert, will take you through Umbria to visit famous wineries, cheesemakers, salumerias and traditional restaurants where you will taste the renowned black truffle. We also want to see you become a master in fresh pasta making during a curated cooking class, while sipping great wines.

But Italy means also history and art: we will be visiting the Unesco Heritages sites Assisi and Spoleto and the famous medieval villages where we will taste the traditional Benedict monks’ beer and olive oil from ancient oil mills.

The IICCI proposes an all-inclusive package comprehensive of:

- International flight (economy class) from Delhi / Mumbai / Bengaluru / Kolkata / Chennai to Rome, then transfer to Umbria
