Italy meets India: Focus on Construction Equipment industry at EXCON India 2023

The infrastructure sector is a key driver of the Indian economy. This sector plays a vital role in India's overall development and is receiving strong attention from the Government as it looks to implement policies that ensure the timely creation of world-class infrastructure in the country. Infrastructure includes energy, bridges, dams, roads, and urban infrastructure development.

The Excon 2023 India fair represents an opportunity for all companies in the sector to establish and develop relationships at an international level and to update themselves on sector trends and plan the future of their business.

CDP (Cassa Depositi e Prestiti), together with its Partners, UNACEA (Unione Nazionale Aziende Construction Equipment & Attachments) and IICCI (The Indo Italian  Chamber Of Commerce and Industry),  will contribute to supporting Italian companies interested in the Indian sector and market, organizing an in-depth workshop and digital B2B meetings with Indian companies and operators and Italian companies connected remotely.

As part of the  trade fair which will be held from 12 to 16 December 2023, CDP, UNACEA and IICCI are organizing a workshop on Wednesday, 13 December at 03.00 pm at Hall No - 05, First floor - meeting room at the exhibition centre

The workshop is aimed at Indian and Italian companies physically present at the EXCON fair and at all Italian companies interested in the sector and the Indian market but who cannot be physically present in India will be able to follow the workshop remotely and interact with Indian operators also by participating in Digital B2B via the CDP Business Matching Platform.

The new  Business Matching Platform  which connects Italian companies with international partners for free, was created by  Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (CDP)  together with  SIMEST  and the  Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation  to support exports and Made in Italy in the world.

All companies interested in developing business opportunities with foreign partners, especially Indian ones, will be able to register for free for the event and for the  Business Matching Platform to  also participate in digital B2B meetings   with Indian companies of interest.

The platform represents an additional opportunity to establish and  develop commercial relationships  even after the end of the fair,  contacting potential foreign partners, buyers, distributors, producers and foreign and Indian companies in the area in an easy, secure and free manner, without time limitations. sector.
