About the Event
As part of True Italian Taste project, the IICCI Mumbai in collaboration with Celini, an Italian specialty restaurant at Grand Hyatt Mumbai Hotel & Residences in Mumbai, organized an Italian Wine Dinner on February 04, 2020.
The Italian Wine Dinner was conducted by Luca Bernardini, Italian Food & Wine Expert, who paired the wines with a menu crafted by Chef De Cuisine Alessandro Persico and Chef Carlo Maria Ricci from ALMA - International School of Italian Cuisine, flying in from Italy to Mumbai.
True Italian Taste is a project implemented by Assocamerestero in collaboration with the Italian Chambers of Commerce abroad in the framework of the Campaign "The Extraordinary Italian Taste", promoted and financed by the Italian Government to promote and safeguard the authentic Italian food products.
