This easy Chardonnay Wine is a refreshing cocktail that combines the sweetness and flavours of strawberries, oranges, lime and basil with white wine for a fresh take on a traditional sangria. It’s the perfect brunch drink that can be made ahead of a crowd.

Wine Gummy Bears


INGREDIENTS: 3 3/4 tablespoons Jell-O (sugar-free), 3/4 cup Chardonnay and Cabernet sauvignon


DIRECTIONS:


➢ In a saucepan, add Jell-O and the wine. Heat it on low until the liquid is thick. Do not let the liquid boil.

➢ Using a dropper, pour the mixture into a gummy bear mould. Let it set in the fridge for 10-15 minutes. Remove and serve!!



Pink Lemonade Wine Spritzers


INGREDIENTS: 1 can lemonade, 1 bottle chardonnay (750 ml), 3 cups lemon-lime soda, 1/2 cup lemon vodka


DIRECTIONS:


Combine the pink lemonade, vodka, and chardonnay in a large pitcher. Mix well to dissolve the lemonade.

Place the pitcher in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Just before serving, mix in the chilled lemon-lime soda. Serve in wine glasses.



Raspberry Mango Wine Popsicle


INGREDIENTS: 5 ounces frozen raspberries (or fresh), 1/3 cup water, 1/2 teaspoon orange liqueur, 2 mangoes, 1/2 cup chardonnay


DIRECTIONS:


Puree the seedless raspberries with water and orange liqueur.

Now puree some mangoes along with the wine until it becomes smooth.

Pour 1 tablespoon of raspberry puree and ⅓ cup of mango mixture into each popsicle. Freeze for 8 hours. Serve fresh fruity popsicles!!



Boozy Fruit Salad


INGREDIENTS: Fresh grapes, strawberries, blueberries, 1 cup chardonnay, 1/4 cup sugar


DIRECTIONS:


Combine grapes, strawberries, blueberries, and ¼ cup sugar in a large bowl. Pour in Chardonnay and toss to coat.

Cover with plastic wrap and let chill in the refrigerator until serving.



Strawberry Kiwi Sangria


INGREDIENTS: 1 1/2 pounds strawberries, 5 kiwis (peeled, sliced), 2 lemons, 750ml chardonnay, 1/2 cup brandy, 1/3 cup honey, 12 ounces club soda


DIRECTIONS:


Add the strawberries, kiwi, and lemons to the bottom of a large pitcher.

Pour the wine, brandy, honey, and lemon club soda over top, and stir gently.

Place in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours and serve with ice. Bottoms up!!
