India's Rice exports jump 52% in Apr-May 2020

India, the second-largest producer of rice, has been the world's largest exporter of the cereal since 2011. From around 96 million tonnes in 2010-11, rice production is seen touching an all-time high of 117.94 million tonnes in 2019-20.
