Euro-Indian Asia Interprise Event in the Agri-Food and Hi-Tech sectors: Two continents between tradition and innovation Building stronger economic links between Asia and the European Union is in the interest of both European and Asian companies.

This 18-month Indo-European co-operation project (Apr 2005–Sep 2006) is aimed at: *fostering international co-operation between Textile and Clothing companies in two of the most famous industrial districts of Southern India (Tamil Nadu State), through improvement of marketing and design skills *facilitating Indo-European business, through the consolidation of existing relationships or the creation of new productive partnerships.

March 2005-June 2006 The Indo-Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry has embarked on yet another EU project.

Our Chamber collaborated with 'ITP Invest in Turin and Piedmont' for their promotional activities in India.

The project aims to activate an integrated relationship between industrial clusters of Europe and decentralised industrial areas of India.

The Project was co-financed by the Asia Invest programme and promoted by the Indo-Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry with the collaboration Of Lidcap (Leather Industries Development Corporation of Andhra Pradesh) and Toscana Progetti.

The project “Entrepreneurship Inculturalisation: Networking for Global Opportunities & Development in Austria, India and Italy (NGAII)” launched by four partners, namely the Indo-Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Maharashtra Centre for Entrepreneurship Development, Formaper ( Special Agency of the Milan Chamber of Commerce) and WIFI ( the Austrian Institute of Economic Development) in November 1998 seeks to give entrepreneurs from the three countries an international market orientation.
